Information Assurance Security Officer (IASO) management of 250 Local Network
users, including base-lining computers and domain staging; user account
creation and any local computer problems. Regulated and performs under
DoD 8570-1M directive.
•
Performed troubleshooting for hardware including imaging hard drives and data
storage and retrieval. Remediated software problems on such programs as
ApproveIt, Tumbleweed, Microsoft Outlook and user accounts in Active
Directory for local area network (LAN). Problem escalation resulted in
continual submission and successful closure of Remedy tickets monthly.

Primary support technician of printers attached locally and over the network,
ensured users could successfully print over the LAN. Staging computer
names in Active Directory, network interface card (NIC) configuration,
